Customer Success Associate

Planet designs, builds and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history, delivering an unprecedented dataset via a cloud-based platform to commercial, environmental and humanitarian customers worldwide.
About the Role
Planet is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to temporarily join the Customer Success team (12-month full-time position). You will support a diverse customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and responding to inquiries, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Finance.
Impact You'll Own
Strategically manage a high volume of accounts using Zendesk and internal CRM tools.
Create and deliver custom usage reports, helping customers understand their ROI through data.
Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations and act as a point of contact for partner onboarding.
Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests, ensuring accurate provisioning.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort with data and reporting tools and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Proficiency with geospatial data formats including GeoJSON, Shapefiles and coordinate reference systems.
Professional working proficiency in English.
