Customer Success Associate

Healthtech-1 is on a mission to make the NHS the most advanced healthcare system in the world by relentlessly automating repetitive processes. This is not a traditional Customer Success role: you will sit at the centre of product adoption, customer growth, and operational execution, owning the most critical stage of the customer journey and turning early traction into long-term success.
What you will be responsible for
Own onboarding for new customers from activation through to successful adoption, leading consultative onboarding calls focused on customer outcomes.
Drive the rollout and scaling of new flagship products and identify upsell opportunities across existing customers.
Build and refine onboarding, support, and operational processes from scratch.
Use AI tools and automation to improve onboarding, tracking, and internal workflows, and to personalise outreach at volume.
Gather structured and unstructured customer feedback and translate insights into product and operational improvements.
About you
1+ years in a customer-facing, operational, commercial, or startup environment.
Excellent communication skills with confidence running calls and building rapport quickly.
Commercially minded, highly organised, and energised by fast-paced environments.
Interested in AI, operational efficiency, and helping build scalable systems.
