Melbourne Racing Club has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join the Commercial & Customer team on a permanent full-time basis at Caulfield Racecourse. You'll help connect members and customers with the experiences they love, from race days and major events to hospitality and membership programs, by delivering targeted CRM campaigns and personalised communications throughout the customer journey.
In the Saddle
Bring CRM campaigns to life across email and SMS, delivering targeted communications that engage members and customers.
Support membership acquisition, renewals, retention and race day attendance through well-executed CRM activity.
Build customer audiences, segmentation lists and automated journeys that deliver personalised experiences.
Coordinate campaign scheduling, testing and deployment, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Your Track Record
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline, with 2+ years in CRM, digital or customer marketing.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar, managing audiences, campaigns and reporting.
A curious, analytical and customer-first mindset, able to turn campaign results into actionable insights.
