CRM Specialist (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and build the marketing automation foundation that supports the customer lifecycle. You will design scalable engagement programs, ensure clean data for segmentation, and partner across teams to remove friction from the customer journey.
What You'll Do
Lead the implementation and optimization of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, establishing scalable automation processes.
Configure forms, landing pages, email templates, custom fields, and Salesforce connector settings.
Build and maintain automated engagement programs (Engagement Studio) that nurture prospects across the lifecycle.
Support the execution, testing, and optimization of campaigns.
Manage audience segmentation, including dynamic lists, suppression rules, and lead scoring and grading.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, messaging, and program flows, documenting results.
Support CRM performance reporting, tracking bookings, conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Contact Center, and Product to fix friction points.
Maintain data quality and reliable CRM foundations for segmentation and automation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation roles.
Proven experience implementing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) from setup through rollout.
Hands-on experience with the Account Engagement-Salesforce connector, lead scoring and grading, and Engagement Studio.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist or Consultant certification.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience in multi-location services, retail, healthcare, or wellness industries.
Experience with SMS marketing and omnichannel engagement, marketing technology integrations, and booking systems.
