They are looking for a CRM Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on customer relationship management, sales workflows, customer engagement, and business operations intelligence.
In this role you will work with AI-generated outputs related to customer data management, lead tracking, sales pipelines, customer communication workflows, reporting systems, and CRM automation, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world customer relationship processes.
Responsibilities
Annotate and evaluate AI-generated CRM and customer operations outputs
Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
Assess AI outputs for workflow efficiency, customer engagement logic, and reporting accuracy
Identify process inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, or automation issues and provide structured feedback
Support workflows involving lead management, sales pipelines, customer support systems, and CRM reporting
Requirements
Background in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or Customer Success
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customer lifecycle management, and reporting systems
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM preferred
Familiarity with Excel, dashboards, customer analytics, or automation tools is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
