This is a full-time, remote role for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager who will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Role description
Design and execute lifecycle journeys, segmenting users based on behavior and demographics.
Run targeted email, in-app, and messaging campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and subscription growth.
Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, create dashboards, and translate insights into optimizations.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to align messaging, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
Qualifications
Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or growth/retention in a digital product or SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior, campaign performance, cohorts, and funnel metrics.
Proficiency in market segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies.
