Role Overview
We are seeking a
Conversational AI Architect
to design and implement enterprise-scale conversational AI solutions across chatbot and voice channels. This role will focus on building intelligent, scalable customer engagement solutions using modern conversational platforms and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with
Google Dialogflow CX
or similar conversational AI platforms, and a proven ability to architect solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and support high-volume customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design
enterprise conversational AI solutions
across chatbot and voice channels
Develop and optimize conversational flows using
Google Dialogflow CX
Translate business and customer journey requirements into scalable conversational architectures
Integrate conversational AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and contact center systems
Define standards for
intent structures, entity modeling, and conversation design
Collaborate with engineering, product, and CX teams to deliver end\-to\-end conversational experiences
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams
Basic Qualifications
Hands\-on experience with
conversational AI platforms
such as
Google Dialogflow CX
,
Amazon Lex
,
Microsoft Bot Framework
, or
IBM Watson Assistant
Experience designing and deploying
chatbots, voice assistants, or virtual agents
Strong understanding of
intent modeling, entity extraction, and conversational flow design
Experience integrating conversational platforms with
APIs, backend systems, and contact center technologies
Experience working with cloud platforms such as
Google Cloud Platform
or equivalent
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Other Qualifications
Experience with
voice platforms, speech\-to\-text, and telephony integrations
Familiarity with
generative AI and large language models
in conversational applications
Experience in
large\-scale customer\-facing environments
with high interaction volumes
Experience working within
consulting or cross\-functional delivery teams
Knowledge of
customer experience (CX) platforms or contact center technologies
