We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who wants to build real-world AI systems that power smarter customer interactions, predictive insights, and decision automation at scale.
Role Overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Mediatel Data, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that enhance customer experience and operational performance across contact centers and enterprise environments.
You’ll work on predictive models, conversational intelligence, anomaly detection, optimization algorithms, and AI-driven automation embedded directly into our platform.
What You'll Do
Build Intelligent Systems:
Design and refine ML/DL models for prediction, classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, and conversational intelligence.
Turn Interaction Data into Insight:
Develop feature pipelines that transform large volumes of voice, chat, and transactional data into meaningful signals.
Deploy to Production:
Collaborate with engineering teams to bring models into scalable, secure enterprise environments.
Optimize Continuously:
Experiment, validate, monitor, and improve models to ensure performance, stability, and measurable business impact.
Work Across Data Sources:
Integrate internal operational data with external signals to improve predictive accuracy.
Contribute to AI Strategy:
Explore and apply emerging ML/AI methods to continuously evolve our AI capabilities.
Collaborate with Product \& Clients:
Translate real business challenges into intelligent ML solutions that create measurable value.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1\+ year experience in Machine Learning Engineering or applied AI roles
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with ownership and autonomy
Education
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related technical field
Technical Skills
Strong Python skills
Experience with PyTorch, scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
Experience designing and deploying production\-ready ML models
Time Series \& Predictive Modeling
Experience with forecasting, anomaly detection, or sequential data modeling
Data Engineering Mindset
Advanced skills in data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation
MLOps Awareness
Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Business Understanding
Ability to translate business problems into practical ML solutions
Collaboration
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross\-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience in contact center, CX, telecom, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
Experience with cloud ML ecosystems (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
Experience with NLP, speech analytics, or conversational AI
Familiarity with distributed data processing
Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with enterprise/B2B clients
