The Martell Group, founded by serial entrepreneur Dan Martell, exists to build people, brands and ventures that create meaningful impact across Media, B2B SaaS and AI. You'll own the automation backbone that runs Martell Media: the Stripe to CRM to access management pipelines, the AI infrastructure powering coaching products, and the daily reporting the CEO reads each morning. Your job is to keep it running, make it better, and ship new automations and AI features that compound over time.
What You'll Do
Operate the customer lifecycle automation suite: Stripe payments to HubSpot CRM to Mighty Networks access, covering onboarding, offboarding, upgrades and renewals.
Own and evolve internal services: daily revenue reporting, AI pipelines, renewal page backends and customer renewal monitoring.
Build production AI features, including a coaching context system and a Chrome-extension sales copilot, and conversation classification pipelines via the Anthropic Batch API.
Run HubSpot ops: workflow maintenance, property management and API integrations for executive reporting.
Turn one-off requests into repeatable patterns and ship new automations and AI features.
What We're Looking For
5+ years building Python services in production, plus TypeScript and SQL.
A systems thinker who can trace data across Stripe, Relay.app, MySQL, HubSpot and Slack.
AI-native builder who lives in Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot and has shipped production features using LLM APIs.
