Amazon Connect Lead

We are looking for a strong, self-sufficient Amazon Connect lead, possibly from a software or cloud background, looking to further their expertise in contact centre technologies, in particular Amazon Connect. You should have prior experience configuring and implementing Amazon Connect solutions as a senior individual contributor or lead of a small team of junior developers.
What Your Typical Day Looks Like
You will guide clients through the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect-based solutions, focusing on intuitive, human-centric conversational interfaces. Leveraging your expertise in conversational AI and design, you will drive measurable impact by improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and optimising client processes using the Deloitte Cognitive Customer Experience (DCCX) accelerator.
