They're seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business performance, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and automation leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate automation opportunities; analyze existing processes and document current and future-state designs.
Develop and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and integrate them with business systems.
Partner with business and technical teams, gather requirements, and support user training and adoption.
Monitor workflow performance, track automation metrics, and identify optimization opportunities.
Promote automation excellence and contribute to standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in workflow automation, process improvement, business analysis, or technology delivery.
Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have: AI-powered automation tools, workflow orchestration platforms, Generative AI and AI agents, process mining, and RPA exposure.
