They're seeking an experienced AI Workflow Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven automation solutions, identifying opportunities, managing automation programs, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI workflow automation initiatives and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prioritize automation projects and establish governance and delivery standards.
Drive development of scalable automation solutions and support architecture and solution design.
Manage automation initiatives from concept through implementation, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Define success metrics and KPIs, monitor outcomes, and develop performance dashboards.
Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and promote best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years in automation, process improvement, operations management, or technology delivery.
Experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional programs.
Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization methodologies.
Knowledge of AI, automation, and workflow technologies with strong leadership and stakeholder skills.
Nice to have: AI workflow platforms, RPA/intelligent automation, Generative AI, PMP/Prince2/Agile certification, and process mining.
