Role Summary
This is a customer-facing, field-deployed engineer role that owns the end-to-end delivery of AI bots and agents. You'll work directly with customers (often onsite), translate business reality into bot workflows, do prompt engineering and knowledge grounding, ship deployments and iterate until they work reliably in production. Think solutions engineer + implementation engineer + prompt engineer with a strong bias for execution.
Responsibilities
Join customer calls to discover requirements and act as the AI subject-matter expert.
Convert discussions into structured use case documents and conversational flows.
Own deployment of AI bots for use cases like lead qualification, support and booking.
Craft prompts, guardrails, fallbacks and escalation policies for stable behavior.
Analyze logs to find failure modes, run regressions and integrate bots with APIs and webhooks.
Requirements
2-5 years in customer-facing delivery: implementation, solutions engineering or customer success engineering.
Hands-on comfort with LLMs and prompt engineering (structured outputs, guardrails, tool use).
Technical fluency with APIs/webhooks, JSON and debugging logs.
Willingness to be front deployed for customer calls and visits.
