An AI Product Owner to define and own the roadmap for Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions on GECX, working with engineering to deliver AI-driven products.
Key Requirements
7+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience with AI-driven products.
Strong experience with GECX (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience) is mandatory.
Define and own the product roadmap for Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams using Python and JavaScript to drive delivery.
Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, generative AI, chatbots, and workflow automation.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the backlog in Agile/Scrum.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Map customer journeys and improve customer experience through AI-powered solutions.
Experience with Contact Center platforms (Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect) is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills; Agile/Scrum with Jira and Confluence preferred.
