A large telco is seeking a proactive AI Product Owner to drive the evolution of next-generation Contact Center AI services, bridging business strategy and deep technical execution.
Responsibilities
Drive the evolution of Contact Center AI services.
Define product roadmaps leveraging conversational AI, LLMs, and automation.
Collaborate with engineering squads and cross-functional client teams.
Ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and unblock features.
Map out complex user journeys to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Google Contact Center Solution (GECX / CES / CCAI / Dialogflow) is preferred.
Experience with conversational AI technologies and customer support transformation.
