Full-time

A large telco is seeking a proactive AI Product Owner to drive the evolution of next-generation Contact Center AI services, bridging business strategy and deep technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of Contact Center AI services.

  • Define product roadmaps leveraging conversational AI, LLMs, and automation.

  • Collaborate with engineering squads and cross-functional client teams.

  • Ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and unblock features.

  • Map out complex user journeys to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of Google Contact Center Solution (GECX / CES / CCAI / Dialogflow) is preferred.

  • Experience with conversational AI technologies and customer support transformation.
