AI Product Manager / AI Solution Architect

This role designs and deploys AI-powered agents and automation across the auto-finance lifecycle, from customer acquisition and application processing through approval workflows, servicing, and collections, across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the auto-finance lifecycle and design AI-powered automation solutions.
Build and deploy practical AI agents using existing AI models, APIs, and automation platforms.
Leverage AI to support customer interactions, information collection, qualification, approval assistance, and collections.
Continuously monitor and improve agent performance and business impact.
Work with business, product, and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into scalable solutions.
Adapt AI-driven workflows for different international markets and support multilingual customer journeys.
Requirements
5+ years in Product, Solutions, Automation, Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, Fintech, or related fields.
Proven track record of improving business processes through automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of operational workflows and customer journeys.
Ability to work across business and technical teams to drive execution.
Preferred: experience deploying AI agents or conversational AI; familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, N8N, Langflow, Dify, or Flowise; experience across Southeast Asia or international markets.
