Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an AI & Automation Business Analyst to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
The role supports the identification, qualification, design, and delivery of AI and automation initiatives in Human Pharma Services, connecting business teams, champions, the delivery squad, and IT partners to ensure use cases are well-defined, feasible, and ready for implementation.
Responsibilities
Identify and structure AI and automation opportunities with stakeholders, translating needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
Support qualification and prioritization based on value, feasibility, and scalability.
Analyse workflows and pain points, defining as-is and to-be processes and ensuring simplification before automation.
Support delivery processes across the squad, from intake to delivery, with consistent tracking and documentation.
Translate business needs into clear inputs for technical teams, supporting backlog management, user story refinement, and testing preparation.
Support the AI & Automation Champions Community in shaping ideas into structured, valuable opportunities.
Produce structured documentation and support validation, UAT, and adoption planning.
Required Competencies
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Ability to move from ambiguous ideas to structured, delivery-ready inputs.
Experience in digital, AI, automation, or low-code environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira.
Knowledge of AI and automation use cases; familiarity with Power Platform, RPA, or Copilot Studio is a plus.
Clear communication across business and technical audiences with strong facilitation skills.
