AI Business Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented AI Business Consultant / AI Business Analyst to join growing AI consulting and transformation practice in Singapore, to work on projects for renowned organization. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, business development, and service delivery who can bridge business strategy with AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline;

• Must have 5–10 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, enterprise services, or technology consulting;

• Proven experience in business development, pre-sales, or customer engagement roles within consulting or managed services environments;

• Must have experience leading enterprise transformation, AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven initiatives;

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation trends;

• Consulting background from system integrators (SI), consulting firms, telecom service providers, or digital transformation organizations;

• Demonstrated experience engaging executive stakeholders and managing complex consulting engagements;

• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management capabilities;

• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills;

• Strong analytical thinking and business case development skills;

• Experience developing executive presentations, proposals, and value realization plans;

• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capability;

• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Desired Skill-set

• Experience in AI consulting, automation, data analytics, cloud transformation, or enterprise modernization projects;

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and technology partners;

• Ability to translate business challenges into strategic AI opportunities and transformation initiatives;

• Knowledge of change management and transformation methodologies;

• Certifications in AI, cloud, project management, agile delivery, or consulting methodologies;

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery engagements and facilitate executive-level workshops to identify high-value business transformation opportunities;

• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis to uncover opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-driven augmentation;

• Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer strategic priorities and operational goals;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, solution architects, data specialists, and customer stakeholders;

• Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI models, financial impact analysis, and value realization frameworks;

• Quantify business outcomes across operational efficiency, productivity improvement, revenue growth, customer experience, and risk mitigation;

• Support customers in defining AI governance frameworks, adoption models, operating structures, and transformation KPIs;

• Engage and align senior business and IT stakeholders to drive a unified vision for enterprise AI adoption;

• Influence and define target operating models, governance structures, and AI-enabled business processes;

• Lead pre-sales consulting engagements from a business transformation and value realization perspective;

• Shape AI solution positioning, engagement strategies, and customer value propositions;

• Develop and deliver compelling executive presentations, workshops, and strategic advisory sessions for C-level stakeholders.
