Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable AI & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support scalable business growth.
In this role, you will leverage AI technologies, automation platforms, and system integrations to streamline workflows across marketing, sales, operations, and eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
This position is ideal for someone with strong technical and analytical skills who is passionate about applying Artificial Intelligence and automation to real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solutions Development
Design and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and solutions to optimize business operations.
Develop and deploy AI-based systems, including chatbots, intelligent assistants, and automated decision-support tools.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs into internal platforms and customer-facing applications.
Automation & Workflow Optimization
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes across marketing, sales, operations, and customer support.
Build and maintain automation workflows and integrations using modern automation platforms and APIs.
Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity.
Systems Integration
Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, marketing platforms, SaaS tools, and eCommerce platforms.
Connect internal tools and third-party systems using APIs and automation frameworks.
Ensure reliable data flow and synchronization across systems.
Data & Performance Optimization
Analyze operational and marketing data to identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor the performance of AI and automation systems and continuously optimize workflows.
Implement reporting mechanisms to track the impact of automation initiatives.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, and engineering.
Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation.
Recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance the organization’s automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
3–6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation technologies.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into business processes or digital platforms.
Proficiency in working with APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
Experience with Python or similar programming languages is preferred.
Solid understanding of data analysis, system workflows, and digital platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with LLM platforms and AI APIs.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and orchestration tools.
Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or eCommerce systems.
Knowledge of AI-driven chatbots, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems.
Exposure to cloud-based platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
