Rank Interactive is the digital arm of The Rank Group, a global digital gaming company. The AI & Automation Analyst analyses business needs, operational data, and customer interactions to identify, design, and deliver automation opportunities. Sitting within the AI & Automation team, this role connects operations, product, and technology, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and agentic automation across customer support, player protection, fraud, and digital operations.
Main responsibilities
Analyse contact volumes, intents, and performance data to identify automation and AI opportunities.
Collaborate with the AI & Automation Lead and AI Experience Designer to scope, prioritize, and design effective AI solutions.
Configure and test low-to-medium complexity automations and hand over complex builds to product/tech teams.
Monitor live performance of AI and automation solutions, flagging improvements and optimisations.
Support governance to ensure initiatives align with compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI standards.
What you bring
Background in business analysis, operations analysis, or technical support with exposure to AI/automation.
Familiarity with contact centre tooling and integration concepts (APIs, data flows).
Ability to design and configure simple automations using workflow or low-code/no-code platforms.
Awareness of conversational AI, agent assist, and automation best practices; experience with Generative AI or agentic automation is desired.
