Working Student – Product Data & Analytics

Redcare Pharmacy is Europe's No.1 e-pharmacy. As a Working Student - Product Data & Analytics, you will support the RX Product Domain by helping Product Managers make data-driven decisions through analytics, reporting, experimentation, and AI-enabled insights. Working with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists, you'll analyze product and customer data and contribute to solutions that improve products and customer experience.
About Your Tasks
Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor product performance and business KPIs.
Support product experiments by preparing datasets, measuring outcomes, and evaluating feature performance.
Explore and apply AI tools, including Generative AI, to improve internal processes and customer experience.
Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document analyses and best practices.
About You
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
Experience analyzing data through university projects, internships, or personal projects, with strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
Experience with Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus an understanding of KPIs and business metrics.
Interest in AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT); basic Python and SQL is a plus, as is familiarity with Databricks, BigQuery, Jira, or Confluence. Fluent English required, German a plus.
