Every interaction a fan, creator, publisher, or partner has with Anime Universe will shape how they perceive our brand. Your mission is to design the systems, teams, technology, and culture that create exceptional experiences at global scale.
Minimum commitment:
20 hours/week.

This is an
Equity Partner
role. That means:
Founding-level equity participation (standard vesting schedule)
Future token-based rewards (subject to legal and regulatory approvals)

We're looking for an executive who can build a world-class Customer Success, Community Operations, Trust & Safety, Creator Success, and Partner Experience organization from the ground up. You'll help establish the standards that define how millions of people experience Anime Universe.
Overview
As Vice President of Customer Success & Community Experience, you'll design and lead Anime Universe's complete customer experience strategy across every major stakeholder.
You'll build the operational foundation that supports:
Fans
Registered Users
Premium Subscribers
Manga Creators
Publishers
Licensors
Marketplace Sellers
Business Partners
Community Moderators
Brand Partners
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Finance, AI, Security, and Executive Leadership to ensure customer experience becomes a competitive advantage as Anime Universe scales globally.

What We're Looking For
12+ years leading Customer Success, Customer Experience, Community Operations, or Customer Support organizations
Experience building customer organizations from startup through high-growth stages
Experience supporting consumer digital platforms or online communities
Experience managing globally distributed teams
Strong operational leadership and KPI management experience
Experience implementing CRM, ticketing, and customer support platforms
Experience leading or partnering with Trust & Safety and Moderation organizations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
