Tyro is an Australian payments, banking, and lending company powering more than 76,000 merchants. As Marketing Automation Manager, you'll shape and deliver lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and growth, working across Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer teams to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and optimise customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, and reactivation
Deliver new automated program capabilities across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications
Create targeted, relevant experiences through segmentation and audience strategies
Scale lifecycle marketing maturity by introducing best practices and new ways of working
Partner with Product, Data, Customer Marketing, and Compliance to deliver impactful campaigns
Use data, testing, and customer insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion
Act as a marketing automation SME, mentoring team members and identifying opportunities to leverage AI
What You'll Bring
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Marketo a bonus
Strong experience building and optimising customer journeys and nurture programs
Experience standing up new martech platforms and building processes and workflows
Confidence working with complex customer data, segmentation, and customer data platforms
Strong communication skills to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Experience delivering campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels
