Position Overview:

The Technical Implementation Specialist focuses on implementation of AI automation workflows, technical troubleshooting, product behavior analysis, and technical issue resolution. This role combines proactive customer management with technical troubleshooting, enabling Kodif’s customers to maximize the value of our platform.

The Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally to resolve issues, identify risks, and help customers succeed with the Kodif platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to align product adoption strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor customer communication channels to identify issues, resolve them, and escalate to Tier 2 technical support when needed.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to usage, adoption, or critical defects by creating and executing targeted action plans.

  • Initiate and manage escalation processes, coordinating communication between customers and internal teams.

  • Support post-mortem analyses for escalations or major incidents.

  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities.

  • Address concerns early to reduce churn risk and support long-term retention.

  • Support internal teams with technical insights and root-cause analysis.

  • Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting guides, and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Support, Implementation, or Customer Success (preferably in AI or CX SaaS).

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (no coding required).

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of building trust and advocating for customers.

  • Experience with ticketing systems, Slack-based support, or similar communication tools.

  • Experience with LLM prompting.

  • Ability to read and interpret JSON (e.g., identify failed integration calls and relevant fields).

Nice to have:

  • Ability to interpret SQL-level data and database-driven summaries (light query writing may be required).

  • Ability to read Python-related error messages and escalate appropriately (no direct coding required).
