This is a hands-on solutions delivery role responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of customers onto the Ushur platform. As a Technical Consultant, you'll support implementations and help customers maximize the value of Ushur, scoping, designing, and deploying customer automation journeys using AI and data science solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and launch enterprise-grade automation and Agentic AI solutions for regulated-industry customers.
Own implementations from discovery through go-live, including requirements, solution design, build, testing, UAT, and deployment.
Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured input design to improve AI-powered workflows.
Design AI-assisted solution patterns using RAG, agentic workflow orchestration, modular pipelines, and APIs.
Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML payloads, scripting, and data mapping.
Qualifications
4+ years in technical consulting, solution implementation, professional services, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication patterns, and debugging tools such as Postman.
Practical understanding of AI/LLM systems and the ability to design pragmatic AI-enabled solutions.
Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, guardrails, and output quality measurement.
Preferred: experience with no-code/low-code, conversational AI, intelligent automation, or CX automation platforms.
