As a Strategic Growth Consultant - AI in the Customer Success & Growth team, work closely with enterprise customers to identify growth opportunities through AI, automation, and digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor who unlocks business value while driving platform adoption, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
Build and manage relationships with enterprise stakeholders from operational teams to CXO-level decision-makers.
Identify AI-led business opportunities, uncover new use cases, and drive upsell and cross-sell across your account portfolio.
Lead strategic business reviews, workshops, and executive presentations that demonstrate measurable impact and ROI.
Partner with Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption of growth initiatives.
Analyse customer challenges, operational metrics, and market trends to recommend scalable automation and CX improvements.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Consulting, GTM Strategy, Growth Strategy, Founder's Office, or Strategic Account Management.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and influencing senior business stakeholders.
Track record driving business growth, customer expansion, or transformation programs.
Strong analytical thinking, translating business challenges into actionable solutions, and confident communication with CXOs.
Advantage: prior experience in SaaS, AI, Automation, CX, CRM, or Enterprise Technology platforms; consulting or founder's office roles; managing global or multi-market enterprise accounts. This is a Bengaluru/Mumbai-based, five-days-in-office role.
