DoubleTick is a mobile-first conversational CRM built on the official WhatsApp Business API. The Sr. Lifecycle Manager drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth by managing the entire customer lifecycle through multi-channel campaigns and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, retention, and reactivation.

  • Plan and execute email and re-engagement campaigns for existing customers and inactive leads.

  • Create promotional campaigns and communication strategies to maximize conversions.

  • Manage lifecycle marketing workflows through CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Ensure timely communication across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns to improve retention and Customer Lifetime Value.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, or Customer Engagement.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.

  • Good understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention, and re-engagement strategies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows is preferred.
