DoubleTick is a mobile-first conversational CRM built on the official WhatsApp Business API. The Sr. Lifecycle Manager drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth by managing the entire customer lifecycle through multi-channel campaigns and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Plan and execute email and re-engagement campaigns for existing customers and inactive leads.
Create promotional campaigns and communication strategies to maximize conversions.
Manage lifecycle marketing workflows through CRM and marketing automation tools.
Ensure timely communication across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns to improve retention and Customer Lifetime Value.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
2-3 years in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
Good understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention, and re-engagement strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation workflows is preferred.
