CRM Manager

Grandiose is seeking a CRM Manager to own the end-to-end CRM ecosystem including customer lifecycle strategy, loyalty monetization, personalization, automation, and MarTech operations, building scalable frameworks that drive retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy
Lead the overall CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
Drive personalization and micro-segmentation based on transactional and behavioral insights.
Develop automation-first CRM programs to reduce dependency on manual campaigns.
Loyalty & Campaign Automation
Lead the design and monetization strategy of the loyalty program ecosystem, including tiers and reward mechanics.
Own end-to-end campaign planning across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and In-App channels.
Build and manage automated customer journeys using behavioral triggers, predictive signals, and purchase patterns.
MarTech & Analytics
Act as the business owner for CRM tools including MoEngage, Netcore, Braze, and similar platforms.
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor CRM and loyalty performance.
Drive experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
8-12+ years in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management, Loyalty, or MarTech roles.
Hands-on expertise in MoEngage or similar CRM automation platforms.
Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement and retention marketing.
