Apply Google's Generative AI to solve real-world problems for customers. Embedded with key accounts, you will build, deploy, and optimize sophisticated AI agents on the Customer Engagement Suite (CES) platform, bridging core product teams and customer needs to accelerate customer success.
The Cloud Applied AI team powers business growth with Gemini Enterprise, including solutions across Customer Experience such as Shopping Agent, CX Agent Studio, Agent Assist, and Vertex AI Search. You will operate at the forefront of AI, collaborating directly with model builders to deliver 0-to-1 capabilities with startup agility.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with customers to understand their business issues; design, co-develop, debug, and deploy custom conversational AI agents to accelerate time to value.
Systematize learnings from customer engagements by creating reusable tools, documentation, accelerators, and best practices.
Act as a high-level problem solver, writing bespoke code, developing custom tooling, and contributing directly to the core product codebase.
Lead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide model optimization and data processing strategies.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years with software design and architecture.
5 years of experience with one or more of: speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization on cross-functional projects.
