AI Solutions Business Analyst

ServisBOT is looking for a practical, customer-focused and AI-curious Business Analyst to help design and deliver AI agent solutions for its customers. This is not a standard BA role where you gather requirements and pass them on. You'll work with customers to understand their processes, service challenges, and customer journeys, then shape how AI agents can support, automate, or improve those workflows.
You'll sit between customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, turning vague ideas into clear, testable solutions. You don't need to be an ML engineer or developer, but you do need comfort working with AI tools and thinking critically about risk and quality.
What you'll do
Lead discovery sessions to understand business goals, operational workflows, customer journeys, and pain points.
Translate customer problems into clear AI agent use cases, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Map current- and future-state processes, defining where automation, AI assistance, or human handoff should occur.
Define agent behaviours, conversation flows, business rules, escalation paths, and success measures.
Help design prompts, knowledge structures, and test scenarios, and review agent outputs for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
Support UAT, testing, and launch readiness, and create clear documentation and process maps.
What they're looking for
Solid experience in business analysis, solution delivery, or customer-facing technology projects.
Confident running customer workshops and breaking complex processes into clear workflows.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and conversational agents, with good judgement about what will actually work.
Awareness of AI risks such as hallucination, bias, and poor escalation design.
