deliver the most engaging shopping experience in luxury fashion

, and is growing its Global Digital Product team with a Digital Product Leader in Singapore to own digital product strategy and execution across key regions.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will

own the digital product vision

and roadmap for your region, delivering connected, high-impact

customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints

. You will act as a key product voice with senior leadership, driving customer-centric, data and AI-powered product decisions.

  • Own the multi-year digital product roadmap, aligning customer needs and market insights with business KPIs and NPS goals

  • Prioritize initiatives that solve customer pain points across the omnichannel journey

  • Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and AI-assisted ideation

  • Use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to build business cases and ROI models

  • Apply AI daily to synthesize insights, accelerate decisions, and enhance personalization and CX

  • Adapt global features for regional relevance

  • Own product documentation (roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, flows) and represent product initiatives to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with

7+ years in digital product management, building consumer or commerce experiences

  • Hands-on experience with

PIM, CMS, and Salesforce

preferred

  • Proven track record owning product vision and roadmaps, translating customer needs into strategy and requirements

  • Strong grounding in analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing in agile/scrum environments

  • Comfortable using AI tools to drive decisions, with a builder mentality across strategy and execution
