Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria and represent a well-known global car rental brand from the iconic TELUS Tower in the center of Sofia. This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation assistance provided; flexible office-based, hybrid, or home-office models are available after training. No previous experience is required, as full paid training is provided.
Your Responsibilities
Represent a well-known international car rental brand.
Communicate with customers via phone and email in French.
Assist clients with new reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel and mobility inquiries.
Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality.
What We Are Looking For
Fluent French (C1 level or higher) and good English for internal communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
Positive attitude and team spirit; no previous experience required, as full training is provided.
