Product Specialist / Product Operations Specialist / Product Support Specialist

Support the successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of products by coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring product performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the product lifecycle. This role supports product launches, maintains documentation, analyzes performance, manages operational workflows, resolves product-related issues, and identifies opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency, collaborating with product managers, engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, operations, and QA. It also involves gathering customer feedback, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), developing dashboards and reports, supporting process automation, and tracking KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product operations, product support, product management, customer success, or project coordination.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, support processes, documentation, UAT, issue management, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Productboard, or Aha!.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools is desirable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, product analytics, and journey mapping is an advantage.
Relevant certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Google Data Analytics, Power BI) are a plus.
