Drive sustainable business growth by developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across marketing, customer acquisition, revenue operations, and business performance. This role identifies growth opportunities, optimizes acquisition channels, analyzes user behavior, improves conversion rates, and implements initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and revenue, collaborating with marketing, product, sales, customer success, analytics, finance, engineering, and executive leadership. It also involves managing growth experiments, A/B testing, lifecycle optimization, marketing automation, funnel analysis, KPI monitoring, dashboard development, and CRM optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing, growth operations, digital/performance marketing, business operations, or revenue operations.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, retention, experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms such as GA4, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM, attribution modeling, and cloud platforms is desirable.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimentation frameworks is an advantage.
Relevant certifications (Google Analytics/Ads, HubSpot, Power BI, Google Data Analytics) are a plus.
