Resolve is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Product Manager to help deliver the next generation of AI-powered automation and orchestration capabilities for enterprise operations teams worldwide. This role will focus on enterprise workflows, automation, integrations, and AI-driven operational experiences that help organizations reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and accelerate issue resolution at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, customer-facing teams, and leadership to help execute against the product roadmap and deliver innovative enterprise platform capabilities. Responsibilities:
Execute on the product roadmap for core automation, orchestration, and AI-driven platform capabilities
Partner with engineering teams to deliver enterprise software solutions
Translate business and customer requirements into scalable product capabilities
Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, product refinement, and delivery execution
Support sales and customer success teams through demos, enablement, and strategic customer engagement
Advocate for customer needs while balancing platform scalability and long-term product goals
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and intellectual property agreements
Qualifications:
5\+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS products
Experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, or enterprise workflow solutions
Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI concepts is a plus
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise platforms, and automation technologies
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams
Experience translating business and customer requirements into scalable product capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and user needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving technology environments
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
