Resolve is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Product Manager to help deliver the next generation of AI-powered automation and orchestration capabilities for enterprise operations teams worldwide. This role will focus on enterprise workflows, automation, integrations, and AI-driven operational experiences that help organizations reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and accelerate issue resolution at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, customer-facing teams, and leadership to help execute against the product roadmap and deliver innovative enterprise platform capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the product roadmap for core automation, orchestration, and AI-driven platform capabilities

  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver enterprise software solutions

  • Translate business and customer requirements into scalable product capabilities

  • Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, product refinement, and delivery execution

  • Support sales and customer success teams through demos, enablement, and strategic customer engagement

  • Advocate for customer needs while balancing platform scalability and long-term product goals

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and intellectual property agreements

Qualifications:

  • 5\+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS products

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, or enterprise workflow solutions

  • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI concepts is a plus

  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise platforms, and automation technologies

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams

  • Experience translating business and customer requirements into scalable product capabilities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and user needs

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving technology environments

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
