CNTXT AI is a UAE-based Data and AI company. Munsit is its flagship Arabic Voice AI platform for speech recognition, transcription, and conversational AI. They're seeking a Product Manager, Customer Experience (CX) to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for Munsit, sitting at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, Operations, UX, and AI.
Key responsibilities
Own the complete customer lifecycle: evaluation, onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Establish structured Voice of Customer feedback programs through interviews, user research, and advisory boards.
Define and improve onboarding, self-service, and customer education journeys, working closely with UX and Engineering.
Convert customer insights into product requirements and partner on roadmap prioritization.
Define and monitor CX metrics including NPS, CSAT, CES, retention, adoption, and churn.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through AI-powered features and work with AI teams on product performance.
Required qualifications
4 to 8 years in Product Management, Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Product Operations.
Experience with B2B SaaS, AI, or technology products.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and CX frameworks.
