This role is at the heart of driving Tipico’s Operations Platform forward - owning the roadmap, setting bold objectives, and delivering high-performance solutions and smart automation across Customer and Franchise Operations.
Working closely with stakeholders, product leaders, and tech teams, you’ll continuously level up the platform - boosting agent performance, elevating customer and partner experience, and streamlining operations.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a winning, scalable ecosystem - built for speed, innovation, and excellence - keeping Tipico at the top of its game.

you ensure that our Service Cloud platform is a high-performance solution for our teams. Think of yourself as the tactical mastermind, working closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation—just like a top coach shaping a championship-winning squad.
Your playing field
Supports the Product Lead in shaping and executing a winning product strategy that delivers on business goals.
Drives timely delivery and top-quality outcomes through sharp prioritisation, planning, and execution of the roadmap.
Owns end-to-end development of the Operations Platform, collaborating closely with internal and external tech teams.
Defines clear feature requirements and leads Development Teams in an Agile environment (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
Champions quality through UAT and reviews, ensuring every delivery hits the mark.
Partners with Tech Leaders to accelerate platform optimisation, automation, and high-impact feature delivery.
Builds strong cross-functional relationships, keeping teams aligned and moving towards shared goals.
Stays ahead of the game by tracking market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in customer service automation.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
Experience. 5\+ years in Product Management, with hands-on experience building and evolving customer/partner operations platforms (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom) within iGaming or similar regulated industries. If backed up by certifications - even better!
Technical Background. Strong understanding of operations platform architecture, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
Innovation. Solid grasp of agentic AI and how it can elevate customer service performance and efficiency.
Communication. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, have a structured approach and can communicate clearly and in an efficient way with different stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
Analytical Mind. You think strategically and analyse problems to find the best solutions while still taking a creative approach.
