The opportunity
We're building a next-generation AI-led, human-backed travel and lifestyle concierge and are looking for a Product Lead to drive its launch and growth across Latin America.
Brazil will be the first market, making this a highly visible role with significant ownership and influence. Working closely with global Product, Engineering and AI teams, you will lead localisation, shape the customer experience, drive adoption and help define the commercial success of the product across the region.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, helping bring an innovative AI-powered proposition to market while influencing the future direction of the product globally.
What you'll be doing
Own the Brazil and LATAM product strategy, roadmap and localisation plans.
Lead the launch, adoption and optimisation of an AI-powered travel and lifestyle concierge.
Shape conversational experiences across WhatsApp and digital chat channels.
Partner with AI, Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Work with enterprise partners to develop propositions that meet both customer and commercial needs.
Use customer insights, experimentation and data to drive prioritisation and decision-making.
Define and track product KPIs including adoption, engagement, conversion and revenue contribution.
Collaborate across international teams to deliver products that work effectively within local markets.
What you'll bring
Senior product management experience within B2C, B2B2C, marketplace, fintech, travel technology or other complex digital environments.
Experience launching, localising or scaling digital products in Brazil.
Experience working with AI-enabled products, including conversational AI, automation or digital assistant experiences.
Experience with WhatsApp, messaging platforms or chat-based customer journeys.
Strong product management skills across discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery.
Experience working with enterprise clients, strategic partners or partner-led business models.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Desirable experience
WhatsApp Business Platform or conversational commerce.
Travel, loyalty, financial services or payments.
Multi-market product launches across Latin America.
Spanish language skills.
