Nextlane builds software for the automotive industry, digitizing every step of the customer journey. As Principal Product Manager, you own and evolve Nextlane's Customer Interaction products and AI-powered engagement capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Customer Interaction products including Communication Center, AI Receptionist, and future AI-powered engagement capabilities.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for customer communication across voice, messaging, and workflow automation.

  • Design core interaction capabilities such as routing, conversation orchestration, automation workflows, and AI-assisted journeys.

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces, voice automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants.

  • Lead product discovery with dealerships, OEMs, and stakeholders and define success metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.

  • Experience building customer interaction platforms, conversational systems, workflow automation, or AI-driven products.

  • Understanding of conversational AI, voice automation, messaging platforms, and LLM-based solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and ROI models.
