Nextlane builds software for the automotive industry, digitizing every step of the customer journey. As Principal Product Manager, you own and evolve Nextlane's Customer Interaction products and AI-powered engagement capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
Own and evolve Customer Interaction products including Communication Center, AI Receptionist, and future AI-powered engagement capabilities.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for customer communication across voice, messaging, and workflow automation.
Design core interaction capabilities such as routing, conversation orchestration, automation workflows, and AI-assisted journeys.
Drive adoption of AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces, voice automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
Lead product discovery with dealerships, OEMs, and stakeholders and define success metrics.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
Experience building customer interaction platforms, conversational systems, workflow automation, or AI-driven products.
Understanding of conversational AI, voice automation, messaging platforms, and LLM-based solutions.
Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and ROI models.
