Role Overview
We are looking for a senior technology leader to build and scale AI-powered Voice Bot and Conversational AI platforms. The role focuses on developing intelligent AI solutions across sales, renewals, claims, servicing, and customer support journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build Voice AI, Chatbot, and Conversational AI platforms.
Develop AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech technologies.
Integrate AI platforms with CRM, telephony, and business systems.
Drive automation and improve customer experience through AI-led solutions.
Establish scalable AI architecture, governance, and performance monitoring.
Desired Experience
7-12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, NLP, or Conversational AI.
Hands-on experience building Voice Bot, Chatbot, or AI Agent platforms.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python, scalable backend systems, and integrating AI with enterprise and telephony platforms.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines.
