The Skills You'll Have
Optimize data structures in Salesforce using custom objects and design impactful reports and dashboards.
Develop and implement Salesforce Flows, triggers, and notifications to automate critical processes; read and update APEX code.
Manage multiple concurrent requests for system enhancements and bug fixes, owning them end to end.
Use AI chat tools to inform troubleshooting strategies and guide system configuration requests.
Build AI-assisted automations or agents and generate and test AI-driven troubleshooting and configuration recommendations.
What You'll Do
Master the Salesforce environment, executing process modifications and reporting for customer-facing teams.
Establish workflows for vetting and prioritizing operational requests and manage the full lifecycle of enhancements.
Explore and propose applications of AI tools within Salesforce administration.
Hold Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications (advantageous).
