Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Customer Success Management team. You will deliver consistent, high-value experiences while driving customers toward their strategic business goals.
What You'll Work On
Develop and manage value-based relationships with a portfolio of Clio's highest-value accounts while maintaining net positive retention.
Drive adoption and workflow optimization to strengthen renewal and upsell outcomes.
Leverage AI-powered insights and tools to proactively identify customer needs and drive retention and growth.
Guide customers in adopting and optimizing Clio's AI product capabilities to unlock measurable business impact.
Deliver regular Business Reviews, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback on AI usage.
What You May Have
3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B/Enterprise SaaS environment as a Customer Success Manager, Account Executive/Manager, or Sales Engineer.
Strong communication and relationship-leadership skills with experience in account planning and success plans.
Data-driven approach using NPS and customer health metrics.
Bonus: experience with Salesforce and API-driven applications.
