We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive. The ideal candidate blends technical skills, creative flair and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset across marketing automation, website management and marketing communications support.
Zoho marketing automation
Ensure data accuracy and hygiene within Zoho Marketing Automation, including audience segmentation and lists.
Create landing pages, forms and email campaigns to support lead generation.
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, customer journeys and lead scoring models.
Roll out monthly newsletters and nurture campaigns, monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
Ensure seamless integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation.
Website management
Develop and maintain website content aligned with corporate guidelines and regional marketing objectives.
Optimize content for SEO: keyword research, metadata, page titles, descriptions and internal linking.
Optimize website UI/UX and navigation to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Monitor website performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics and provide recommendations.
MarCom support & requirements
Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, digital assets) using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Support local events and capture high-quality photos and videos.
Proficiency in Zoho Marketing Automation and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HTML and CMS is an advantage.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and website content optimization.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
