The Marketing Automation Strategy Manager is a senior individual contributor on FNBO's Marketing Technology & Digital Operations team, responsible for advancing the strategic use of the enterprise marketing automation platform to drive scalable, personalized customer engagement. The role bridges marketing strategy, platform capabilities, and operational execution.
Marketing automation strategy & platform expertise
Serve as the subject matter expert on omnichannel marketing automation capabilities and best practices.
Identify and implement approaches to leverage underutilized automation capabilities that improve engagement and scalability.
Personalization & data strategy
Champion sophisticated omnichannel personalization strategies leveraging customer data, behavioral triggers, AI-driven recommendations, and dynamic content.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams on data ingestion, hygiene, and consent management.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal data governance.
The ideal candidate
5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation and platform scalability.
Experience administering omnichannel customer engagement platforms spanning email, SMS, web personalization, analytics, and CDPs.
Strong understanding of data-driven customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
