Manager - Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM)

This role supports the definition and implementation of Singtel's lifecycle marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, maximise customer lifetime value, and deliver revenue growth within the Consumer Mobile business. It is accountable for managing the customer base with a focus on retention and uplift through data-driven and AI-enabled approaches that deliver seamless, personalised, multi-channel experiences.

• Consumer Mobile Base Management: Maximise customer value and achieve revenue and key driver targets, planning and executing targeted lifecycle campaigns that translate insights into measurable retention and uplift outcomes.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, coordinate, and execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns using AI-enabled capabilities and marketing platforms (e.g. Oracle Marketing Cloud), ensuring accurate targeting and smooth end-to-end execution.

• Data-Led Optimisation & AI Enablement: Collaborate with the AI & Data Science team to leverage advanced segmentation, predictive modelling, real-time decisioning, and personalised content to improve targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, report, and analyse campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous optimisation.

Skills For Success

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Economics with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing, or Business Analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.

• Familiarity with MarTech solutions (as a user), market research, and statistics.

• Resilience and agility, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to market changes.

• Self-starter with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Results-oriented and creative, with the confidence to propose innovative solutions.
