The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will scale AfterShip's email and lifecycle marketing program, bringing campaigns to life across the full B2B customer journey, from lead nurture and onboarding to feature adoption. You will help write the playbook in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
What You'll Do
Build and execute automated email journeys, triggered campaigns, and in-app programs across the B2B customer journey.
Develop audience segmentation using firmographic and behavioral data, and optimize through A/B and multivariate experiments.
Deploy email campaigns across promotional, behavioural, drip, and product-update formats and own in-app touchpoints (tooltips, banners, modals).
Track core KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, pipeline influence, revenue attribution) and build dashboards in Tableau and Google Analytics.
Document workflows, campaign processes, and playbooks as the lifecycle function matures.
Who We're Looking For
3-5 years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience executing full-funnel email programs with HubSpot or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioural triggers, personalization, and journey mapping, plus A/B testing.
AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate copy drafting, ideation, reporting, and workflow automation.
