About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Application Engineer with deep expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and agentic AI frameworks to join our core AI platform team. You will own the design, development, and production deployment of AI-driven products including voice bots and chat bots that serve enterprise clients at scale.
What You Will Do
Design and build production-grade RAG pipelines and fine-tune large language models for intelligent voice and chat bot experiences.
Architect and ship scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI across the complete lifecycle.
Work with LangChain and LangGraph to create sophisticated, multi-step agentic AI workflows.
Own the productionization of AI models end-to-end on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to define architecture and shape the roadmap.
Requirements
3-7 years of Python engineering experience with hands-on RAG application building and LLM fine-tuning in production.
Proficient with FastAPI and comfortable across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Experienced with Kubernetes and taking AI models from prototype to stable production.
Practical depth in LangChain and/or LangGraph building multi-step agentic systems.
