AI Futures are retained to find a world-class CX / AI Transformation leader for a company that are developing one of the most advanced Agentic AI platforms in Europe. The organisation are a heavily customer focused company, with billions of customer contact points - this role has significant leverage to deliver a transformational shift in the operating model of the organisation, through the implementation of Agentic AI.
The Opportunity
This is a new role for a Head of CX AI Transformation, leading the most impactful AI transformation in the entire organisation
Full ownership of the customer roadmap globally
Lead the implementation of AI agents into the customer organisation
Lead the customer care function across multiple countries
Transition customer care from a cost-centre to a revenue generating function
Reskill human agents for a hybrid human-AI agent setup
The Candidate
Must have prior experience integrating Agentic AI tools in a complex enterprise environment (ideally in customer focused setting)
Excellent leadership skills, able to define and execute an enterprise level vision
Very strong transformation experience in large companies €5bn\+ revenues and ability to drive significant change
Ability to lead in complex, geographically distributed, matrix organisations, including offshore and outsource models
Ability to manage up to C-level stakeholders
Fluent German and English
