About the Program
The GTM Strategy team drives revenue growth across the Brazilian and U.S. markets by connecting Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partners into a unified, execution-focused strategy. As a GTM Strategy Intern, you'll help drive day-to-day execution of Go-to-Market initiatives, ensure project visibility and progress, and contribute directly to the team's OKRs, working cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Marketing, PMM, Data, Sales, Customer Success and Partners.
What You'll Do
Support the execution of GTM initiatives across Brazil and the U.S.
Coordinate projects across Sales, Marketing, PMM, Customer Success, Finance and Data teams.
Track project progress, maintain workflows and prepare weekly status reports.
Build customer segments and analyze datasets to identify business opportunities.
Support AI expansion initiatives by organizing and prioritizing target accounts.
Create qualified target lists for campaigns and prepare executive presentations and business reports.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
Intermediate/advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and collaboration.
Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership. Intermediate English is a plus.
