About the Program

The GTM Strategy team drives revenue growth across the Brazilian and U.S. markets by connecting Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partners into a unified, execution-focused strategy. As a GTM Strategy Intern, you'll help drive day-to-day execution of Go-to-Market initiatives, ensure project visibility and progress, and contribute directly to the team's OKRs, working cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Marketing, PMM, Data, Sales, Customer Success and Partners.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of GTM initiatives across Brazil and the U.S.

  • Coordinate projects across Sales, Marketing, PMM, Customer Success, Finance and Data teams.

  • Track project progress, maintain workflows and prepare weekly status reports.

  • Build customer segments and analyze datasets to identify business opportunities.

  • Support AI expansion initiatives by organizing and prioritizing target accounts.

  • Create qualified target lists for campaigns and prepare executive presentations and business reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

  • Intermediate/advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and collaboration.

  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership. Intermediate English is a plus.
