Singtel is looking for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to manage the consumer base and lead AI-enabled marketing transformation, creating strong connections with customers across the lifecycle.
Make An Impact By
Managing the consumer base with focus on churn reduction, recontracting, ARPU improvement, and upsell targets through data-driven marketing.
Leading a team to conceptualize customer lifecycle marketing strategies and translate them into executable plans.
Championing AI-enabled marketing transformation, overseeing hyper-personalization frameworks, AI-enabled segmentation, modelling, and real-time decisioning engines.
Monitoring market developments and the competitive landscape to position the Consumer Business for new services.
Spearheading innovative marketing campaigns including hyper-personalization, contextual targeting, and improved automation.
Analyzing the customer base and reporting weekly on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Developing a high-performance team through resource planning, skill development, and talent acquisition.
Skills For Success
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accountancy, or related field; MBA desirable.
Relevant experience in large corporations or MNCs with competency in customer management, churn, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong results orientation and stakeholder management experience.
Proven marketing strategy and management skills.
Experience building customer journeys across online, social, loyalty, web, and mobile applications.
Knowledge of devices, Telco data, customer analytics, and customer experience management.
Business acumen, presentation skills, leadership, budget management, and a challenger mindset.
